Job Responsibilities 
  • Process and Systems Team growth and current project load
  • Admin assistant to support day to day team administration, assist with the creation and coordination of new documents retention practices for team, administer SCL IT Sharepoint site, corrdinate team and/or internal communications on behalf of IT, maintain meeting agendas and meeting notes, manage office and safety supplies, run reports and fill in stewardship data

Candidate Qualifications 
  • Two to five year experience as an administrative assistant 
  • Degree or Diploma in applicable field of study
  • Familiar with MS Office Suit of products
