Do you thrive in a fast paced, and professional environment? This organization is very service focused and a community oriented company. Our client located in SW Calgary, is looking for a Payroll Administrator for a two month contact. 
Job Responsibilities
  • Processing and verifying payroll for hourly and salaried employees
  • Administer new hires, terminations and payroll changes including benefit enrollment
  • Preparation of T4’s and Records of Employment documents
  • Provide assistance and guidance to employees as needed
  • Complete journal entries as required
  • Reporting and analysis as needed
Candidate Qualifications
  • Six months to a year of experience in full cycle payroll
  • Entry level accounting experience 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working with Ultipro required
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Superior customer service skills
