Job Responsibilities 
  • Responsible for day to day reception duties, providing administrative support to other staff members, managing and maintaining executives' schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
  • Answer and manage incoming calls
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors
  • Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
  • Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • File and retrieve documents and reference materials
  • Prepare expense reports, assist with accounts payable and bank recs
  • Liaise with internal staff at all levels
  • Co-ordinate project-based work
Candidate Qualifications
  • A high level of computer proficiency including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Related post-secondary education, preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years recent administrative/clerical experience
  • Experience with Simply accounting would be an asset
  • Organizational and planning skills
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills
