Are you an experienced administrative assistant looking for your next position? Our client, a large O&G company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to complete a part time three month contract in Calgary. If you have experience providing administrative support to a department and have advanced Excel and Word capabilities, please apply below! 

Job Responsibilities
  • SharePoint file maintenance and site configuration
  • Excel task list maintenance
  • Data collection
  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual
  • Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail
  • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information
  • Position will receive direction and support

Candidate Qualifications
  • Office Administration Diploma or Certificate would be an asset 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems
  • Strong SharePoint knowledge and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail 
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities
