Job Responsibilities 
  • Control and administer hard copy creation, filing and tracking of inspection documentation 
  • Control and administer Sharepoint/LAN folder filing and tracking of inspection documentation 
  • Maintain a clear accessible record of completed CMS QC tasks for the Denali Turnaround
  • Submit a daily update of CMS QC ITP progress
  • Make copies of inspection documents and submits them to the Area Turnaround QA and Contractor QC leads
  • Primary interface for inspection data tracking between CMS and TA 
  • Provide a single point of contact for contractor QC Turnover documentation and stewards to TA Leadership daily
  • Maintain RR tracking sheets and communicate late QC inspections on completed work in the field (More than 2 shifts)
  • Track failed welds with a record of reasons of failure
  • Track ABSA documentation (AB-83 and AB-40) and feeds into PSSR readiness
Candidate Qualifications 
  • Strong Computer skills in Excel and SharePoint would be preferred
  • File management experience 
  • Document control experience would be beneficial
