Job Responsibilities 
  • Time entry
  • Vacation calendar management & Vacation scheduling (document changes only)
  • Act as a general resource person for computer applications/problems, HR policies, Pay Practices, Personnel contact
  • information, Bussing, Vacation Deferral/Advances and Address Changes through Proxy, file keeping
  • Time keeping and overtime callout, WFA report
  • Meeting Minutes (document and library)
  • Overtime call –outs (radio) and administration
  • Expense Claims submissions for field personnel
  • Recognition administration
  • Locker administration
  • Liaison for field personnel for Tour forms/safety glass forms /timekeeping questions/Mutual form requests/ benefits/ etc.
  • Access Management Requests
  • Ordering office supplies
Candidate Qualifications 
  • 5-15 years experience
  • Advanced computer skills 
  • Full knowledge of MS office suite of products
  • High school Education 
  • Office Admin certification a strong asset
