Are you an experienced administrative assistant looking for your next opportunity? Our client, a large O&G company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to complete a six month contract in Fort McMurray. The shift for this position would be 10 days on/10 days off. If you have experience providing administrative support to a department and have advanced Excel and Word capabilities, please apply below! Please note local candidates preferred.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual
  • Data Entry
  • Training coordination
  • Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail
  • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information

Candidate Qualifications
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities
  • Customer service experience
  • Must have good multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize
