Job Description
  • Accurate order entry of orders into SAP
  • Electronic filing
  • Log data into a Excel spreadsheets
  • Various other sales and support functions 
  • Reception back-up and coverage as required

Candidate Qualifications
  • High level of experience with SAP/S4 Hanna
  • 3 years previous experience in an administrative/order entry support role, an asset
  • Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills 
  • High level of literacy and data entry skills 
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision 
  • Good prioritizing, multi-tasking, communication and decision-making skills
