Are you a junior administrative assistant looking to sharpen your skills and add to your experience? Our client, a large O&G company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to complete a 6 month contract in Moncton, New Brunswick. If you have experience providing administrative support to a department and have advanced Excel and Word capabilities, please apply below! 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual
  • Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail
  • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
  • Position will receive direction and support

Candidate Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities
  • Customer service experience is an asset
  • Ability to use spreadsheets, and generate meaningful graphs from spreadsheets 
  • Knowledge and use of use of SharePoint, Outlook, PowerPoint 
  • Able to function with minimal supervision
