Are you an experienced administrative assistant looking for your next position? Our client, a large O&G company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to complete a 18 month contract in Nanticoke. If you have experience providing administrative support and have excellent Excel and Word capabilities, please apply below!  

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual
  • Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail
  • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information
  • Position will receive direction and support

Candidate Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities
  • Customer service experience is an asset
  • Able to function with minimal supervision
