Are you proficient in SAP and looking for a new opportunity?  Our client in Calgary is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team for a short term contract.  The successful candidate will provide administrative/order entry support for the coordinators. Job Responsibilities
  • Accurate entry of orders into SAP
  • Electronic filing
  • Logging data onto a Excel spreadsheet
  • Various other sales and support functions within the Application Sales and Support team 

Candidate Qualifications
  • One to three years previous experience in an administrative/order entry support role would be considered an asset
  • Experience with SAP, experience with S4 Hanna preferred
  • Computer application knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organization and time management skills 
  • High level of literacy and data entry skills 
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision 
  • Good prioritizing, multi-tasking, communication and decision-making skills
