Are you an experienced Project Coordinator that’s searching for their next opportunity? Our oil and gas client is looking for an individual to complete an eight month contract at their Fort McMurray location. This position will support the Technical Engineering Services team. Job Responsibilities 
  • Input implementation actions into the MOC (management of change) in coordination with the team, and assist with tracking on a weekly basis
  • Assist team leaders to compile the equipment strategies development and implementation scope of work 
  • Create and maintain purchase orders
  • Prepare monthly and annual budget reports along with monthly accruals
  • Provide monthly stewardship reporting for both development and Implementation team
  • Assist in organization of existing equipment strategies files and move them into the SharePoint library along with appropriate meta data
  • Provide real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts
  • Prepare agenda, organize presentations, attendance sheets, minutes or action log if required in weekly review meetings

Candidate Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of prior project coordinator experience, preferably worked in engineering department
  • High competency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Sharepoint management
  • SAP knowledge is preferable
  • Time management, strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, along with a desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
