Our client, a large oil and gas company in Moncton, is seeking bilingual (English/French) individuals to join their team on a full-time basis for a 6 month contract.  If this sounds like something you would excel at, please apply below! 

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by efficiently managing, tracking and addressing customer queries timely via phone and email
  • Resolve issues or escalate if required
  • Communicate supply shortages, disruptions events, and alternate loading locations to customers Assist in shifting and scaling volumes if necessary
  • Validate and process additional volume requests
  • Execute operational activities in compliance with controls requirements of the business areas

Candidate Qualifications
  • One or more years of experience in a customer service related role
  • Previous experience in a call center would be considered an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
  • Timely and accurate execution of daily activities with a high attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
  • French/English Bilingual
