Our client, one of Calgary's top Realtors in Calgary, is seeking an energetic and vibrant individual to offer a high level of support for their well-established residential real estate business. With the reputation of offering incredible customer service and dedication, this successful Realtor needs a right-hand-person to support all the back office functions. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the day to day office administration
  • High level of customer service to buyers and sellers
  • Inform and guide clients through the sales cycle 
  • Liaise with all external stakeholders including mortgage brokers, lenders, home inspectors and photographers
  • Effective and accurate use of email, cloud storage, you tube instructional videos and other social media platforms
Marketing and Project Management
  • Creatively support in rebuilding the current business model to drive the business to a higher level
  • Continuous improvement on the quality customer experience
  • Key initiatives on marketing and branding improvement with a focus on target markets
  • Collaborate on ideas and implement a mutual game plan for growth

Candidate Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years related experience
  • Working knowledge of marketing in various mediums
  • Direct work experience in real estate an asset
  • Experience in various social media platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills both oral and written
  • Proficient with MS office suite products and knowledge of Top Producer an asset
  • A strong team player with a creative growth mindset
  • Proven ability to run with a project from start to finish
