Job Responsibilities
  • Review and update client and candidate profiles for accuracy
  • Enter company and candidate profiles, and all relevant information into company database
  • Prepare lists of relevant potential candidates for managing partners and recruiters
  • Survey firm websites to capture all relevant candidates for a search
  • Write job postings, candidate profiles and client reports
  • Undertake other assignments and tasks, as required

Candidate Qualifications

  • University degree or college diploma in a related field
  • Experience in data management, data analysis, and research would be considered an asset
  • Highly organized with strong judgement skills
  • Able to apply feedback to improve performance
  • Ability to provide creative, practical, and effective options and recommendations to resolve issues
  • Strong and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly dependable and flexible
  • Strong teamwork skills
