Are you a results driven, go getter that’s looking to gain experience in a sales environment with the potential for growth? Our client in Langley BC, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their team on a permanent basis.  The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and directing internal sales calls by qualifying leads for the external sales representative. This position will also have a focus on taking sales orders over the phone and assisting walk in customers, as well as support the Operations Manager with day-to-day fleet administration activities. Job Responsibilities

  • Assist sales manager in preparing quotes, liaising with clients and in-house projects
  • Assist sales team in achieving pre-determined cold call, expression of interest targets and all sales targets
  • Price and prepare rental and sales quotes
  • Maintain sales paperwork and leads in Salesforce CRM
  • Allocate and manage fleet buildings to rental jobs including between sales, contract administration and operations
  • Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products, drawing registers, fleet/product lists and compliance changes  
  • Maintain regular contact with potential customers to strengthen relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensure high level of customer service and satisfaction is met with both internal and external customers
  • Assist with office administration activities


Candidate Qualifications

  • College/Technical Diploma Required
  • One to three years’ experience in a previous internal sales role preferred
  • Demonstrated intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Previous Salesforce experience is considered an asset
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to operate with limited supervision
  • Results-oriented 
  • Sales ability
  • Self-motivated and proactive with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong relationship building skills
