Do have superior customer service skills? Our client, a large Oil and Gas company, is seeking someone to join their team for a one year contract.  Their offices are in Moncton and this would be a full-time position. The shift for this position is 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 4 days on and 4 days off with a night rotation. If this sounds like something you may be interested in, please apply below!  

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers by answering inquiries, troubleshooting customer problems and taking orders
  • Prepare correspondence and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by responding timely and effectively to all queries & complaints 
  • Perform tasks of high complexity and difficulty, assuming responsibility for customer accounts research
  • Provide supervision, training and mentoring to other CS staff

Candidate Qualifications
  • Three or more years of experience in a customer service related role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong problems solving, time management and prioritization skills
  • Able to work independently in a faced paced environment
  • Bilingual Spanish/English
