Are you a go getter ready to embark on a new opportunity? Our client in Canmore, is looking for and experienced individual to to come on board as Recruitment Support on a full-time basis, for a four-month contract.  If you have experience with full cycle recruiting, and are very detail oriented, please apply below.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with the entire recruitment and onboarding process 
  • Execute the full lifecycle recruitment process for all positions in company, with a particular emphasis on field positions
  • Screen applicants, and conduct interviews
  • Management of recruitment documents
  • Employment contract drafting
  • Coordination and delivery of new employee orientation and an onboarding framework
  • Work with the rest of the HR team for alignment of recruitment activities with departmental objectives
  • Complete other HR departmental work as required

Candidate Qualifications

  • Related post-secondary diploma 
  • Three to five years HR Generalist experience
  • Full cycle recruitment experience
  • Working knowledge of applicable legislation, including but not limited to Alberta Employment Standards, the Alberta Human Rights Act, the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act
  • Advanced computer skills, with the ability to learn new programs quickly
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of professionalism and discretion 
  • Superior planning and time management skills, with strong prioritization skills
  • Excellent people and customer service skills 
  • Registered Profession Recruiter (RPR) designation preferred
  • Education in Leadership Development, through formal or corporate streams – Preferred
  • CHRP designation would be an asset
