Are you an outgoing, enthusiastic Administrative Assistant looking for their next opportunity?  Our client in Calgary is looking for an individual to join their team on a temporary basis.  If you have experience providing administrative support and are proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, this may be just the opportunity you have been looking for.

Job Responsibilities
  • Act as the front-line contact by answering questions and transferring calls, as well as meeting and greeting incoming clients
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier needs, and mail with daily updates of all received cheques 
  • Open, sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Ensure main boardrooms are tidy before and after meetings
  • Manage inventory, costs, and ordering of all office supplies
  • Build and maintain relationships with all administrative vendors
  • Act as liaison between office and building management
  • Maintain security by following procedures (monitor sign-in sheet, issue visitor passes)

Candidate Qualifications
  • Two+ years of reception and administration experience in a professional setting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
  • Proven timeliness, customer service and flexibility
