Do you have excellent attention to detail and work great independently or in a team environment? Our client in Calgary is seeking an Administrative Assistant with a positive attitude and willingness to support their team on a contract basis. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Editing, reformatting and restructuring of documents as needed
  • Have a strong knowledge of filing and filing taxonomies to assist in reorganization and streamlining of record keeping system(s)
  • Ability to schedule and organize calendars
  • Creation of office property inventory lists
  • Other office related duties as required

Candidate Qualifications 
  • Strongly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Candidate must be able to work alone or as part of a group
  • Ability to take meeting minutes is an asset
  • Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate must have strong attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Candidate must be able to observe deadlines, completing projects in an efficient and timely manner
