Job Responsibilities

  • Support in the transfer of knowledge between various positions and new hires
  • Running and preparing reports
  • Coordinate training sessions
  • Working within SharePoint and creating work charts
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant with various projects as required
  • Other duties as required


Candidate Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in Administration
  • Background in Human Resources would be a strong asset
  • High attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Office, Visio, and SharePoint required
  • A team player who is willing to jump in and support where needed
