Are you an experienced Shift Administrator looking for your next opportunity?  Our client, a large oil and gas company located in Fort McMurray is looking for someone to join their team for a one year contract and manage administrative processes. This rotation for this role is 3 days/3 nights on and 6 off, with strong preference given to local Fort McMurray candidates.

Job Responsibilities 
  • Time keeping for group of over 100
  • Track orders for office supplies
  • Take requests and manage incoming protective clothing  
  • Note taking in meetings 
  • Complete expense claims 
  • Organize float moves for equipment 
  • Manage employee files 

Candidate Qualifications
  • Minimum two +  years administrative experience
  • Microsoft Suite of Programs; Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc
  • Familiarity with Timekeeping
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and problem solving skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and team building skills
