Do you high attention to detail and strong data entry skills?  Our client, an Oil & Gas company in Fort McMurray, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team for a full time 15 month contract.  If is this is something you would be interested in, please apply today. Job Responsibilities 
  • Data entry
  • Filing
  • Answering phones, email and other correspondence and prioritizing/managing incoming requests
  • Prepare regulatory correspondence, informal documents, spread sheets, flow charts, etc
  • Liaise with Senior Management on a wide range of confidential matters
  • Ensure business control compliance for recognitions, fuel cards, cell phones, health surveillance, file management and scorecards
  • Ensure compliance with security guidelines
  • Equipment and vehicle tracking

Candidate Qualifications 
  • High School diploma
  • Minimum of one years’ experience in a general administration role
  • Proficient use of various office bases software including MS Office 2010
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize
