Are you an Excel whiz with superior organizational and interpersonal skills?  Our client, an Oil & Gas company in Fort McMurray, is looking for an experienced Embedded Contractor Administrator to join their team for a full time eight month contract.  If is this is something you would be interested in, please apply today. Job Responsibilities 

  • Support the Program Coordinator in the end-to-end process for sourcing embedded contractors
  • Work with business area requestors to complete and validate ECRFs 
  • Assist with preparation of monthly stewardship for corporate reporting
  • Maintain database - Update detailed contractor data for current active embedded contractors
  • Assist with data requests and reports, as required
  • Assist with troubleshooting invoicing issues
  • Assist in the maintenance/organization of Embedded Contractor SharePoint site, program communications, best practices, process standards, guidelines, controls, etc.

Candidate Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • Business/Office Administration Diploma or Certificate 
  • Minimum one year of related experience
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office Suite and Access
  • Excel Power User (Pivot tables, V-lookups etc)
  • Experience with SAP would be an asset
  • Experience with an ATS such as Taleo or Ultimate Software etc, would be an asset
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with good time management and multitasking abilities
  • Able to provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
