Our client, a large energy company in Fort McMurray, is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team for a full time six month contract.  If is this is something you would be interested in, please apply today. Please note: Preference is given to local candidates.

Job Responsibilities 
  • Manage teams in SharePoint and organizational charts
  • Administrative support for planning and scheduling
  • Input time
  • Pull reports from SAP
  • Set up meetings and take notes at meetings. 
  • Manage office inventories
  • Maintain training schedules
  • Provide coverage for other admins on the team
  • Build spreadsheets for different teams 

Candidate Qualifications 
  • Minimum One Year Business College Certification
  • Four+ years related experience in a similar role
  • Proficient use MS Office, Outlook, SharePoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities 
  • Solid time management and organizational skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
