Are you looking to gain experience in your career? Do you speak Spanish and English?  Our client in the oil and gas industry is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support their Sales and customer service team in Moncton NB. 

Job Responsibilities 
  • Enter orders into the system and attend to customer phone requests
  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual
  • Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail
  • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information. Must be able to multi-task and prioritize 

Candidate Qualifications 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish/English with previous customer service experience and MS Excel Proficiency
