Are you a junior Administrative Assistant looking to sharpen your skills and add to your experience? Our client, a large Oil & Gas company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant to complete a full time, three month contract in Nanticoke. The successful candidate must be able to work Friday-Monday, with overtime during peak times. If you have experience providing administrative support to a department and have advanced Excel and Word capabilities, please apply below! 

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to a department or individual
  • Typing, filing, answering phones, scheduling, calendaring, record keeping, coordinating meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies and/or sorting/distributing mail
  • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information

Candidate Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
  • Proficient with MS Office 
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities
  • Customer service experience is an asset
