Do you have great organization and leadership qualities? Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant to complete a 16 month contract in Sarnia ON. If you feel this is a position you would excel at, please apply below.  

Job Responsibilities 
  • Provides administrative support to a department or individual
  • May work on special projects to include recording, compiling, retrieving, reporting and analyzing information
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills are required
  • Proficiency with MS Office required
  • Works with moderate work direction, and can identify issues/problems but may need assistance in resolving
  • Data entry into SAP related systems
  • Coordinating vehicle fleet information and scheduling fleet maintenance
  • Communication with workers and foreman use of Excel spreadsheets use of Word documents
  • Create monthly invoices for scrap disposals 

Candidate Qualifications 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and email systems, strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience
  • Ability to manage, train and mentor other office staff, lead projects, handle confidential and sensitive data
