Do you have strong experience with logistics coordination? Our client, a large Oil & Gas company in Fort McMurray, is looking for a Space Management Coordinator to join their team for a full time, one-year contract.  The successful candidate will provide support to the Facilities Management Division. Job Responsibilities 
  • Process move requests, following up with business units requesting if required
  • Schedule moves with on-site movers
  • Update master occupancy list
  • Close out move requests once processed 
  • Provide key performance indicator reports monthly
  • Create purchase orders and work orders
  • Administrative duties include but not limited to creating word documents, PowerPoint presentations etc
  • Field visits as required

Candidate Qualifications 
  • Diploma in Facilities Management
  • Three+ years’ related experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving and analytical capabilities 
  • Excellent planning, organizational and multitasking skills
