Are you an experienced Administrative Coordinator that’s searching for their next opportunity? Our oil and gas client is looking for an individual to complete an one year contract at their Fort McMurray location. This position will support the Project Execution Services Division. Job Description
  • Provide excellent customer service by creating requisitions in SAP that are the basis for purchase orders for materials and services
  • Create work orders and warehouse reservations in SAP on behalf of clients
  • Maintain job aides as work processes change
  • Provide first level end-user support for requisition related questions
  • Assist clients with understanding the requisitioning process
  • Run diagnostics programs, isolates problems and determines and implements solutions
  • May provide desk side or remote assistance
  • Gather required inputs from business units to accurately forecast camp bed requirements and maintains forecast in camp system
  • Determine when to escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT team for further support

Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration
  • Three+ years of experience
  • Invoicing and purchasing experience
  • SAP knowledge is preferable
  • High competency in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint management
  • Strong time management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, along with a desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Superior customer service skills
