Do you have great customer service and organization skills? Reporting to the Team Lead, this Reception position is responsible for efficient reception and mail room operations in Lloydminster. If you feel you could excel in this 18 month contract opportunity, please apply below. 

Job Responsibilities 
  • Ensure all calls are directed and answered in a professional manner and transferred to respective individual 
  • Meet and greet visitors, do quick emergency orientation, and ensure that all security measures in place are adhered to
  • Follow guidelines set for handling of procedures to ensure properly handling of visitors and callers 
  • Approve FM Interact moves, new hires and departures. Assist with troubleshooting when necessary 
  • Administrator of AMAG security system and assigning new employee access cards
  • Off siting boxes to the Records Center 
  • Evaluating and directing mail documents to appropriate individuals/departments and maintaining accurate employee location lists
  • Maintain a central stationery room
  • Maintaining postage equipment
  • Ordering and dispersing stationery and office supply items for Lloydminster main office and specific sites as required
  • Re-allocating charges and reconciling invoices for stationery
  • Back up coverage of DWR and FM Interact systems 

Candidate Qualifications 

  • High School Diploma 
  • Valid Drivers’ License 
  • Experience as a receptionist 
  • Proficient in the use of multi telephone line 
  • Experience in the use of email, preferably Outlook 
  • Experience in the use of digital spreadsheets such as Microsoft Excel 
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF 
  • Business/Technical diploma and/or equivalent training and experience 
  • Minimum three years’ exposure to industrial equipment environment 
  • Experience working with security systems, Video Security systems
