Our client is looking for an individual to complete a six month contract in Cold Lake AB as a Materials and Services Administrator. A successful individual will be managing the activities necessary to enable effective end-to-end administration of materials and services in support of maintenance/operations. Job Responsibilities 

  • SAP processing of service requisitions (creation, changes and deletions) for spot and annual POs
  • Ensure all approvals meet DOAG (delegation of authority guide) requirements
  • Service PO management via spend reporting and budget adjustment as required 
  • Support PO and invoice recycle and troubleshooting for materials and services
  • Responsible for non-PO (eZPay) invoicing and payment of manual invoices
  • Contractor monthly fuel cost tracking and verification
  • Comply with business controls associated with procuring goods and services
  • Audit follow ups for verifications and credit invoices
  • Annual attest of timesheets to confirm no discrepancies to Payables Min. Invoice Processing Standards
  • Specimen signature submission and management
  • Site store point contact for daily operations
  • CAD (changes/adds/deletions) form administration for site store inventory management
  • Material code creation coordinator
  • Goods receipt reconciliation
  • Monthly site store consumption report reviews
  • Material substitutions
  • MET (materials & equipment transfer) forms for surplus and disposal of materials
Candidate Qualifications 
  • Five to ten years of closely related professional industry experience
  • Good working knowledge of SAP, particularly in Plant Maintenance and Materials Management modules
  • Fluent computer skills (ability to work in Microsoft Excel)
  • Familiar with purchase to pay procurement processes, including materials management and payables
  • Continuous improvement skills and commitment to best practices 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; communication (written and oral) and influencing 
  • Ability to build good, respectful working relationships
  • Advanced time management and organization skills
