Description

Job Responsibilities 
  • Provide accurate data management for M&IS inspection programs and meet compliance for M&IS inspection programs and site wide stewardship reporting.
  • Maintain  PESTRA databases for fixed equipment within the M&IS organization  to centralize all the ES’s at SCL to improve efficiency in developing Equipment Strategies 
  • Support for data integrity and documentation control within the M&IS organization with commitment to attention to detail and data integrity
  • Maintain and populate the IDM3 database for all of  the site wide inspection areas,  providing accurate  quality control  inspection data management and reporting for MIS inspection programs
  • Perform quality checks/ Verify accuracy of submissions prior to database entry for omissions and errors
  • Maintain IDM3 database, assisting in meeting compliance for MIS inspection programs and site wide stewardship reporting through commitment to attention to detail and data integrity
  • Commitment to priority processing of monthly compliance items    
  • Provide accurate data management reporting for MIS inspection programs to  Inspectors, Leaders, Managers, PAL, MAL, Business Teams,  
  • Collaborate with SAP to synchronize  and analyze database information
  • Set-up and create new  equipment tags, circuits, corrosion analysis groupings, and inspection types and events  in IDM3
  • Update IDM3 with basic data, inspection history, work items,  interval changes, scheduled events & risk based work selections;  
  • Train new team members on IDM3 database functions and input as well as proper procedures  and processes in place between our team and the Inspectors
  • Maintain  PESTRA databases for fixed equipment within the M&IS organization  to centralize all the ES’s at SCL to improve efficiency in developing Equipment Strategies with commitment to attention to detail and data integrity. We have developed and implemented the role of ES Admins  on this team.
  • Work with M&IS Admin, as back up, to help set up ESC employees as Offsite Workers,  to obtain all required accesses to enable effectively developed ES 

Candidate Qualifications 
  • Three to five years’ experience preferred 
  • Office administration Diploma or other related diploma/ certificate
  • Comprehensive knowledge of MS office- Advanced MS word and Excel 
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical verbal and written communication skills 
  • The ability to get along with others 
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision 
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability to fast paced and changing environments 
  • Ability to analyze, compile and verify information with a strong ability to multi task effectively
