Are you a meticulous individual with strong organization skills? Our client in Calgary  is looking for a full-time Office Manager that will come in and take initiative and takes pride in a job well done.  This is a one-year maternity leave coverage position. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with the management team to provide administrative support and will also oversee and manage three part-time administrative staff to ensure the office runs smoothly.  If this sounds like a perfect fit, please apply below.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and events
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Organize all office requirements, such as ordering stationery and equipment
  • Manage other administrative staff members
  • Adhoc requests as needed

Candidate Qualifications
  • Five+ years of relevant office management experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Outlook/Office 365 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to multitask and be detail oriented
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Able to prioritize, multitask, and work with the time constraints
  • Meticulous attention to detail
