Our client in Calgary, is looking for an Office Manager to join their team on a part-time basis for a four week contract. This is a fully remote position. The Office Manager is personable, responsible, and willing to commit to do the job in a timely manner. Job Responsibilities
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations of the company, including carrying out administrative services, providing support to the operations team, and ensuring customers receive excellent customer service
  • Ensure all team members have all relevant information for their files as quickly as possible by processing incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, faxes, couriers, etc.) in an efficient manner
  • Answer all incoming phone calls and assist clients by answering questions or directing inquiries to the correct desk
  • Book appointments and keep the team informed about customer requirements
  • Assist will billing

Candidate Qualifications
  • High School diploma
  • Previous experience in similar role 
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills and detail orientated person 
  • Excellent organizational skills, & time management skills 
  • Self-starter able to take direction and to complete tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong work ethic, able to multi-task, has exceptional problem-solving skills, and is comfortable in a fast-paced environment
