Are you an experienced receptionist who is open to temporary assignments and can be ready to hit the ground running with short notice?  We are looking for a flexible candidate with a positive attitude and willingness to support our client on a short term contract.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide information and assistance to clients and customers, responding to inquiries from the general public
  • Work with couriers, visitors and suppliers
  • Maintain a presentable front office and keeping the kitchen and boardrooms neat
  • Ordering supplies as necessary
  • Perform typing and other clerical duties

Candidate Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in reception or similar experience
  • Positive attitude with an engaging, energetic approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated during both busy times and down times and a willingness to support co-workers
  • Proven skills in the Microsoft suite of programs
