Job Responsibilities
  • Writing, editing and revising documents to meet project deliverables, expediting the preparation and improving the presentation of information for structure, clarity of content and format in order to assist Project personnel
  • Provide input to systems and process development and developing guidelines for these processes 
  • Maintain and generate document standards and templates
Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in English or some equivalent level technical writing degree or certification or, minimum technical degree or diploma coupled with experience in documenting technical standards and/or processes
  • Three or more years of experience creating technical documentation
  • Strong computing skills in MS Office Applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio)
  • Superior communication, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent process analysis, organization and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and Visio
  • Proven track record of good attendance
  • Experience in audit and compliance processes and acquiring audit certifications would be an asset but not required
  • Experience in CIP standards would be an asset but not required
  • SharePoint experience would be an asset
