Our client in Hardisty is looking for a experienced Controls System – Integration Coordinator to join their team for a one-year contract. The successful candidate will coordinate, conduct activities and manage testing between project implementation and control center operations. Job Responsibilities  
  • Coordinate field activities as it relates to the installation, testing, turnover, walk downs, etc. 
  • Facilitate the development & implementation of project and turnover plans, specifications and procedures as they relate to commissioning activities 
  • Collaborate with the subject matter experts for control systems to facilitate meetings to coordinate migration activities with project goals and schedules
  • Work with stakeholders to evaluate the technical impact of projects and manage any risks that may be associated
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders to optimize project delivery
  • Assist in the creation of field commissioning documentation 

Candidate Qualifications 
  • Post-Secondary education in a related field
  • Seven plus years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in document management
  • Excellent technical knowledge in Industrial Control Systems
  • Superior software skills, including Word, Excel, Share Point and Power BI
  • Sound knowledge of standards and practices related to regulatory compliance
  • Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong prioritization and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced environment
