Are you a results driven, go getter looking for your next exciting opportunity? Our client in Calgary is looking for an experienced Client Engagement Associate to join their team for a full time, 12 month contact. The successful candidate would be the main contact for corporate clients who are interested in purchasing training and learning opportunities and materials. You will proactively create the demand for product based training solutions, build a pipeline of prospects and manage a forecast to achieve a goal that has been set out. Job Responsibilities
  • Business development & customer care 
  • Qualify incoming leads, identify sales opportunities and close business 
  • Primary sales point of contact for outbound product sales campaigns 
  • Develop new prospects into customers
  • Follow up on all assigned inquiries from marketing programs 
  • Represent the company at industry tradeshows and industry events 
  • Proactively communicate the company’s product and service offerings 
  • Follow up with customers to determine satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement 
  • Manage customer relationships through the sales process until the sale is confirmed 
  • Work closely with Business Development managers, and delivery partners 

Candidate Qualifications
  • Two+ years of proven inside sales or telesales experience
  • Minimum post-secondary education in a related discipline
  • Demonstrated track record of success in an inside sales role
  • Proven ability to generate sales leads through proactive phone and email communication
  • Strong computer skills
  • High degree of initiative and commitment to deliver results
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external customers
  • A high degree of ethics, professionalism and sound judgment 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Class 5 Driver’s License is an asset
