Do have superior customer service skills? Our client, a large Oil and Gas company, is seeking someone to join their team for a seven-month contract.  Their offices are in Moncton and this would be a full-time position.  If this sounds like something you may be interested in, please apply below!  

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide a positive memorable customer experience through personable engagement and first contact resolution of customer inquiries
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries 
  • First point of contact for customer inquiries including, complaints, claims, product returns, order status
  • Promptly resolve customer issues 
  • Provide visibility and attention to unresolved customer inquiries, proactively updating customer and flagging attention to workflow resolvers / contributors
  • Advocate for the customer and continuously seek opportunities for positive customer experiences

Candidate Qualifications
  • One or more years of experience in a customer service-related role
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong problems solving, time management and prioritization skills
  • Able to work independently in a faced paced environment
