Our client in Calgary is looking to add an experienced Contract Administrator to their team for an eight-week contract. This position will be responsible for the day to day maintenance of contract reporting, auditing and vendor performance management.  If you are proficient with Excel and have a keen eye for detail, this may be the opportunity you have been waiting for. 

Job Description
  • Review existing portfolios for expiry dates and accuracy
  • Audit monthly reporting for accuracy and compliance
  • Track purchases to completion
  • Accurately complete policy and procedure documents for approval
  • Look for anomalies in invoices, statements and terms and conditions
  • Manage requests from internal customers
  • Contact contractors and/or vendors during purchasing cycle to ensure accuracy with PO’s and products ordered

Candidate Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of related experience
  • Experience with Project Management software is an asset (FootPrints preferred)
  • ERP experience, Oracle preferred
  • High competency in Excel 
  • Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, along with a desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others
  • Detail oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment
  • Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and clients
