Job Description

  • Manage day to day operations to achieve operating KPI targets
  • Manage relationship with land developers
  • Co-own budgeting with the Finance team
  • Develop, track and follow up on company Objective and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Document and optimize processes across the business for effectiveness and efficiency
  • Contract negotiations, tracking and compliance
  • Management of hiring processes, reviews and overall company morale
  • Coordination of Office Management and IT through the office manager
  • Manage and maintain board and investor relationships, drive key meeting preparation and reporting
Candidate Qualifications
  • Residential experience a must have along with some knowledge of commercial real estate
  • Strong understanding of the construction world necessary
  • Post-secondary education an asset
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and the internet
  • High level of customer service skills
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and able to work with a team
  • Strong business acumen
