Our client in Richmond, is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will ensure the efficient and accurate flow of financial information.  You will also be responsible for reception, office management and general office duties.  If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please apply today.

Job Responsibilities
  • Code, total, batch, enter, verify and reconcile transactions 
  • Calculate, prepare and issue documents related to accounts such as bills, invoices, inventory reports, account statements, etc.
  • Prepare analysis and/or reports as required 
  • Ensure all files are organized and maintained and all office processes are streamlined for maximum efficiency
  • Order office supplies, service office equipment and arrange for servicing in the case of major repairs
  • Perform clerical duties such as word processing, maintaining filing and record systems, faxing and photocopying
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail
  • Process credit card payments
  • Perform comprehensive  reconciliations of accounts
  • Provide general information to clients and the public

Candidate Qualifications
  • Minimum two years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs
  • Superior alphanumeric keyboarding skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy is essential
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of integrity and moral judgement
  • Thrives in a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant post secondary education courses, diploma or degree would be a strong asset
