Our client is looking for an Indigenous Recruitment Advisor, Talent Attraction & Sourcing to join their team on a permanent, full time basis in Rocanville, SK. Job Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of business priorities by delivering top talent 
  • Partner with HR professionals and other team members to create an exceptional recruitment experience for all stakeholders
  • Strategically develop and maintain a strategic talent pipeline 
  • Guide and coach hiring leaders on all aspects of the hiring process 
  • Assist leaders with conducting on-time, quality candidate reviews and activities
  • Engage and source local Indigenous talent from surrounding communities
  • Deliver full cycle recruitment including job posting, developing selection criteria, candidate sourcing, screening, short-listing, interviewing, selection and ensuring pre-employment checks are completed
  • Manage the end to end job offer process including assembling offer details, developing the right offer, making compensation recommendations, negotiating and securing acceptance
  • Provide and deliver talent attraction & sourcing expertise at career events and speaking forums

Candidate Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline.  Equivalent experience and training will be considered
  • Three+ years of experience in an end to end recruitment role
  • Three+ years of experience sourcing, attracting and securing talent
  • Experience attracting and sourcing Indigenous talent
  • Agency experience paired with manufacturing experience is preferred
  • Experience leading and supporting all levels of the organization
  • Experience with an ATS as well as data mapping, strategy talent outreach and networking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Possess strong problem-solving ability, with strong attention to detail
  • Strong team player with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external  stakeholders
  • Ability to act with good judgment, confidentiality and discretion
  • Travel will be required
