Job Responsibilities 
  • Leads programs and functional network teams in the design, implementation and administration of group-wide Talent Management programs
  • Provide project management including detailed project planning, coordination, communication, budgeting and support to members of the project and functional network teams
  • Collaborate with business units and other key stakeholders throughout project implementation 
  • Responsible for supporting the end to end management of Talent functional programs and continuously researches opportunity to embed best practices, and digital tools
  • Provide change management support
  • Prepare reports, business cases and recommendations to senior management on the approval of programs
  • Provide advice and consultation services to HR business unit teams on talent management programs and initiatives 
  • Works with external vendors in sourcing programs and tools to support functional programs; negotiating contracts and creating supporting business cases for presentations to various levels of management
  • Stays current on best practices and trends related to Strategic HR Management, Talent Management and Organizational Development
  • May represent talent management team on various corporate committees to ensure talent management initiatives or strategies are appropriately shared and adequately support our clients

Candidate Qualifications 
  • Undergraduate degree required in Commerce, Business, Communications, HR Management or related discipline
  • Professional Human Resources accreditation, such as the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) is preferred 
  • Minimum seven years of experience in Human Resources within a Talent Management or Organizational Development function
  • Solid strategic and conceptual abilities including an ability to translate HR department goals into appropriate and actionable Talent Management objectives  
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks or projects with tight deadlines 
  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels of the organization 
  • Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships 
  • Awareness of Talent Management, Organizational Development and Human Resources best practices
  • Strong program management, organization, planning and execution skills
  • Superior project management and change management skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to achieve change through influence
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
