Our Calgary client is looking for Junior, Intermediate and Senior Recruiters with executive or technical recruitment experience to join their team. In this role you will play a critical part in identifying and attracting future leaders for their clients.
Beautiful office space located in downtown Calgary near Olympic Plaza.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support partners in developing and executing the research strategy for various executive/technical search assignments ie, developing a suitable target list of companies, candidates and sources to ensure comprehensive market coverage
  • Conduct research to generate market live candidate data
  • Make initial candidate cold calls and emails to prospective targets to generate interest in opportunities
  • Pre-screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews with candidates
  • Coordinate all face to face meetings with partners once shortlist has been created
  • Conduct reference calls
  • Prepare and write status update reports for clients
Candidate Qualifications
  • 1 to 10 years’ of experience with a recruitment agency or executive search firm
  • High performance, proven track record 
  • Previous energy or technology experience is an asset
  • Comfortable making cold calls to prospective executive/technical candidates 
  • Well-presented and articulate with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Critical, out of the box thinker with the ability to critical think to solve problems and create research strategies to identify top executive/technical talent
  • Able to work in an unstructured environment with changing priorities and self-manage
  • Comfortable with ad-hoc requests and interested in opportunities to be involved in other entrepreneurial projects
