Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for product strategy, design, and development of platform products
  • Gain a deep understanding of customer experience while identifying and filling product gaps, generating new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and
  • drive growth
  • Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements, scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
  • Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources
  • Develop product pricing, positioning strategies and financial models
  • Drive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team members
  • Support sales, services and marketing teams as the product expert

Candidate Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or other relevant area
  • Five+ years experience as a product manager, entrepreneur, or product designer in a technology company
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful platform or technical product throughout its lifecycle
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • A deep understanding of the end to end iterative UX product design process, including how to develop and use personas, job stories, journey mapping, content modelling, wireframing
  • and prototyping, user testing, and high fidelity visuals
  • Experience collaborating with multiple disciplines including product, engineering, content, research, and more
  • Experience developing metrics and using data to quantify project success or failure over the long-term
  • Skill in coordinating legal agreements and working with compliance teams considered an asset
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strong work ethic
