Job Description
  • Responsible for a variety of legal and administrative duties within the office
  • Assist file administrator with client contact and opening files
  • Prepare bank and client reports
  • Follow up with clients and banks for information
  • Work with Microsoft Word/Excel to assist lawyers with documents as needed

Candidate Qualifications
  • One+ years of experience, preferably in a law firm
  • Solid MS Office skills, along with Hot Docs, EsiLaw and Spin 2
  • Strong administrative coordination abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Superior planning and time management skills, with strong prioritization and attention to detail 
  • Professional with a customer centric quality
  • Proactive approach and takes initiative with little direction
