Are you an experienced Administrative Assistant that’s searching for their next opportunity? Our Calgary client is looking for an individual to join their team on a part time(18-24 hours a week), permanent basis.  The successful candidate will provide administrative support to various consultants on the team.  If this sounds like something you would be interested in, please apply today.

Job Description
  • Prepare internal correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
  • Manage calendars to track time commitments, schedule appointments, and re-arrange meetings as appropriate
  • Assist in meeting and agenda preparation, as well as transcribing and distributing meeting minutes
  • Plan and execute business events
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and gather supporting documents
  • Prepare correspondence, such as memo’s, letters,  and reports

Candidate Qualifications
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role
  • Advanced working knowledge of MS Outlook/Office 365 with demonstrated ability to utilize computer programs to create professional reports and documents
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and flexibility to operate in an environment with frequent interruptions while maintaining focus on detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a confidential and discrete manner
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong professional communication skills, both written and verbal, including using proper grammar, punctuation and spelling
