Job Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and events
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Organize all office requirements, such as ordering stationery and equipment
  • Entering and processing expense reports
  • Creating invoices, as well as helping with memos, letters, and other client communication 
  • Tax filings via the CRA website 
  • Managing two other administrative staff members
  • Assist in various HR duties, such as on-boarding new staff and maintain office policies as necessary

Candidate Qualifications
  • A business management education diploma or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of relevant office management experience
  • Experience in a the tax industry would be an asset
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to communicate with all levels of the business
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with ProFile or TaxPrep would be an asset
  • Proven ability to multitask and be detail oriented
